Effet Matilda : \u00c0 la red\u00e9couverte des femmes \u00e9clips\u00e9es<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Il n\u2019est pas anodin que l\u2019histoire \u2013 qu\u2019elle soit scientifique, artistique, litt\u00e9raire ou m\u00e9dicale \u2013 ait si souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 racont\u00e9e au masculin. Non pas parce que les femmes en auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 absentes, mais parce qu\u2019on les a trop fr\u00e9quemment effac\u00e9es. C\u2019est le fameux effet Matilda mis en lumi\u00e8re par la chercheuse Margaret Rossiter. Cette lecture propose de redonner toute leur place \u00e0 ces femmes oubli\u00e9es et \u00e9galement de mettre en lumi\u00e8re celles et ceux qui ont \u0153uvr\u00e9 \u00e0 leur reconnaissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les ann\u00e9es 1989-2001. Un \u00ab quartier p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique \u00bb, une \u00ab petite ville fran\u00e7aise \u00bb. Au hasard : \u00c9vreux ! Karima El Kharraze y est n\u00e9e, dans le quartier de La Madeleine, alors, question souvenirs \u00e9bro\u00efciens, elle est bien plac\u00e9e. Deux s\u0153urs, Majda et Rim. Majda est rest\u00e9e dans le quartier, Rim l\u2019a quitt\u00e9e. \u00c0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s, en ombres, la po\u00e9tesse irakienne mystique soufi du VIIIe<\/sup> si\u00e8cle, Rabia Al Adawiya, pour l\u2019une. La peintre et po\u00e9tesse libanaise r\u00e9cemment d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e, Etel Adnan, pour l\u2019autre. Deux figures tut\u00e9laires, pr\u00e9sences d\u2019un monde arabe, tout \u00e0 la fois proche et distant, r\u00e9el ou fantasm\u00e9. Karima El Kharraze \u00e9tablit un dialogue entre les \u00e9poques, trace des lignes de partage entre les destin\u00e9es.

Accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019une exposition de portraits r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par Ouarzi, photographe \u00e9bro\u00efcien, fruit de rencontres avec l’\u00e9quipe d’agentes d’entretien de la Ville d’\u00c9vreux travaillant \u00e0 la Maison de quartier de la Madeleine.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Compagnie d’apr\u00e8s<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La vie connect\u00e9e de Montaine Mallet<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Montaine Mallet, ing\u00e9nieure et pilote a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9e en Floride en 1973 pour d\u00e9velopper la vente d\u2019avions. Elle fonde avec Daniel H\u00e9ligoin une \u00e9cole d\u2019aviation. Dans sa correspondance, elle raconte la logistique des commandes, la m\u00e9t\u00e9o radicale, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves trop grands qui se cognent la t\u00eate. Elle croule sous le travail mais d\u00e9fie les lois de gravit\u00e9 dans La French Connection. En l\u2019an 2000, Mallet et H\u00e9ligoin r\u00e9p\u00e8tent un num\u00e9ro o\u00f9 leurs 2 cockpits se fr\u00f4lent, iels se loupent et se crashent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
